Chris Demery is the Chief Technology Officer at Blaze Pizza, leveraging over two decades of expertise in restaurant technology and innovation. His proficiency spans digital customer experience, off-premises dining, software integration, consumer insights, and data security.

Chris has a track record of enhancing organizational efficiency and driving revenue growth through cutting-edge technology solutions. Known for his strategic vision and ability to lead high-performing teams, he ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer needs. Before joining Blaze, Chris held leadership roles at PF Chang’s, CKE, Bloomin’ Brands, and Domino’s Pizza, where he played pivotal roles in transforming restaurant operations through technology.

As VP Human Resources, Stacey Gelber brings a strategic, people-first approach to shaping a thriving workplace culture. Experienced in leading HR initiatives across fast-paced, multi-unit restaurant and retail organizations, she is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering inclusion, and aligning talent strategies with business growth.

At Blaze, Stacey focuses on modernizing training, implementing scalable people systems, and strengthening franchisee support while preserving the brand's unique culture. She leads with transparency and authenticity, ensuring every team member—from restaurants to the Support Center—feels seen, valued, and empowered.

Outside of Blaze, Stacey advises nonprofits championing food access and community wellness. A lifelong learner and lapidarist, she is the co-founder of a handcrafted jewelry business inspired by travel and craftsmanship.

Kevin Moran, Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Blaze Pizza, brings over 20 years of expertise in franchise development, sales, strategy, and finance. With a proven track record of aligning fiscal goals with comprehensive strategies, Kevin has consistently guided development teams toward exceptional performance. At Blaze Pizza, he oversees the Development and Franchise Compliance teams, driving the brand's domestic and global expansion while fostering strategic alliances to support growth and resurgence initiatives.

Before joining Blaze Pizza, Kevin served as Vice President of Strategic Development at Focus Brands International, a global franchisor and operator of over 6,600 restaurants across more than 60 countries. In this role, he played a pivotal part in driving market expansion and strategic development worldwide. Kevin's extensive experience positions him as a key leader in shaping Blaze Pizza's future success.

Jaime Denney is the Chief Commercial Officer, leading company and franchise operations at Blaze Pizza, driving performance, growth, and operational excellence nationwide. With 25+ years in both corporate and franchised systems, she’s known for building high-performing teams, scaling systems, and aligning operations with brand strategy.

Prior to Blaze, Jaime was VP of Franchise Operations at Scooter’s Coffee, overseeing 840+ locations and $720M in sales. She helped open 300+ stores in two years, improved drive-thru performance, and drove a 9.1% YoY sales increase. Her earlier roles include operational leadership at Jamba during its turnaround and 14 years at Starbucks, where she authored the first Drive-Thru Operations Manual.

Based in Atlanta, Jaime is helping lead Blaze’s 2.0 transformation and position the brand for long-term success.
