We really hope we deliver on all of your wildest expectations! Most of our locations offer 3rd party delivery as an option when you order via blazepizza.com or the Blaze Pizza App. You can also find us on most of your favorite 3rd party delivery platforms - but remember, you'll only earn Blaze Rewards Flames for ordering on blazepizza.com or the Blaze Pizza App.

You can always place large orders on blazepizza.com and the Blaze Pizza App for Pickup or Delivery. If you’re a business looking to feed a crew of 10 or more, you can order individually boxed meals or even larger catering packages delivered straight to your office through our catering partner, EZCater. Hit the link to see if business catering is available at the Blaze Pizza nearest you and fire up your next meeting.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent down to the restaurant to be made. If you need to modify or cancel an order, you should call the restaurant directly and speak to a team member.

We’ll do you one better. You can get free Drinks, Desserts, Cheesy Bread AND Pizzas! Just join our Blaze Rewards program. Every dollar spent earns you a Flame (rounded up or down to the nearest dollar – gift card and alcohol purchases don't count). Each Flame gets you closer to your next reward:

30 Flames for a free drink or dessert

60 Flames for Cheesy Bread

120 Flames for an 11-inch pizza (Original Dough only)

200 Flames for an 11-inch pizza WITH a crust upgrade

250 Flames for any Large Pizza (online only)

Download our app to view your Flame balance and available rewards. Always make sure you log into your Blaze Rewards account on blazepizza.com to earn Flames and redeem rewards on online web orders, too.

Download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store and create your account. We'll hook you up with an awesome reward just for signing up!

With every qualifying purchase (such as pizzas, salads, desserts, soft drinks), you’ll earn 1 Flame for every $1 spent. Unfortunately, you won’t earn Flames on Delivery or Service Fees / Tips / Orders placed through 3rd party online food ordering/delivery services or when you purchase gift cards, beer or wine. We’ll round up or down your pre-tax total to the nearest whole dollar. You can then cash in your Flames for rewards like Free Drinks or Desserts (30 Flames), Cheesy Bread (60 Flames), 11-inch Pizzas (120 Flames), 11-inch Pizzas with any crust upgrade (200 Flames) or even Large Pizzas (250 Flames). For example, if your total is $8.49, you'll earn 8 Flames. If your total is $8.50, you'll earn 9 Flames. Ain't math great?

You will automatically earn Flames when you place an order through the app or in-store with your registered credit card. If you pay with cash or an unregistered credit card, you can submit a receipt through the Upload Receipts page in the app.

You can check your account balance at any time by opening the app and tapping “Rewards” under the menu in the top left of the screen. You will see your Flames total. To see how close you are to your next reward, tap "View Details" next to each reward.

The app is the fastest and easiest way to link your card and earn flames automatically. But if you don't have your link cards or find yourself without your phone, you can always provide the cashier your email or phone number to look up your Blaze Rewards account in our system. Just know that you can only redeem one reward per visit.

Head to our online guest services page, select the appropriate category and fill out the contact form. Someone from our team will get back to you help out.

Yes, all good things must come to an end. But, we’ll do our best to give you enough time to use them. You can check your account for current rewards and view their expiration dates. Flames expire one year after you earn them so make sure you cash them in before they burn out. Also, remember that you can only redeem one reward per visit.

We’d love to help! The best way to learn more is to go to our fundraising page. From there you can submit a request directly to the restaurant you’re interested in working with. Someone will reply to your request soon after you submit your inquiry to confirm timing and details.

Please, please, please step away from the microwave! For best results, place a cookie sheet in your oven and preheat to 425 degrees. Remove your pizza from its box and place it in the oven on the preheated cookie sheet. Bake just until cheese melts (about 2-3 minutes). Enjoy!

If you are looking to reduce the amount of gluten in your diet and don't want to give up on pizza, we offer three delicious gluten-free crust options, our Original GF Dough, Cauliflower and Keto. Please be aware that our folks work with wheat-based flour and pizza dough all day long, and we use the same oven for all options, so there is a good chance of some cross-contact in our restaurants. If you would like us to change our gloves or use a separate pizza cutter, we would be happy to do that at your request. If you are celiac or highly sensitive to gluten, we encourage you to carefully consider your dining choices.

Lots! Our Original, House-made Gluten-Free and High-Rise dough options are all vegan. We also offer spicy chorizo (vegan), vegan cheese (soy-free) and a variety of veggies. For specific vegan info about each of our ingredients, please visit our allergen page.

Our cheeses are all pasteurized, so go get cheesy with it!

Only a few of our favorite employees. None of our pizzas have ingredients containing peanuts or tree nuts.

Glad you asked. When possible, we use packaging that is recyclable, compostable and/or made from post-consumer reclaimed materials.

Our oven dome temperature can reach upward of 900F, while the floor temperature typically ranges from 600F to 800F. It's skilled work -- and each pizzasmith manning our ovens is specially trained in how to properly rotate pizzas through these different heat zones. They may make it look easy, but "fast-fire'd" pizza takes a lot of know-how.

We won’t share your personal or purchase information. That’s creepy. The info is just used to make sure we send you rewards that you will care about.

Try logging out of your account and then closing the Blaze Pizza app on your phone. Restart the app, log in and try again. If the problem keeps happening, head to our online guest services page to provide us with more details and our Guest Services team will help get to the bottom of the issue.
